Yes, all freight items are covered by insurance for the purchase price of the box. Our freight partner “Shippit” has a 24 hour claims policy that needs to be adhered to. 

We only have the one Physical location in Pakenham South east Melbourne. 

Absolutely YES, unfortunately we have been unable to reliably calculate the rates on our website, but we are more than happy to quote freight for you via email, phone or by using the contact form on the website. 

Our warranty is 12 Months from date of purchase and covers all aspects of the box.
